When it comes to sustainability, the Skypark Business Center is an absolute pioneer. Here we implement the most innovative concepts to conserve resources and the environment.
In the upper volume timber structural elements are used for the building frame and floors / ceilings. Reinforced concrete is used for the slab on level +1 and for the vertical core walls which provide lateral stability of the building upper levels.

The most important building material used from the ground floor to the sixth floor is cross-laminated timber. This material has a significantly lower energy requirement than concrete or steel.
